What is the Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data?
The said personal data is processed automatically based on the legal reasons of "being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" and "being necessary for the data controller to process data for the performance of the contract, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" stated in Article 5 of the Law.
